Florida Food Banks and Food Pantries Association is a Florida not for profit organization that represents the interest of Food Banks of all affiliations in the state of Florida. Our members range from large food banks, smaller food banks, food pantries and soup kitchens throughout Florida. Florida food banks look to us to provide the voice that they need in state government for policies that help fight for the policies and funding needs of food banks.
Moreover, our goal is to make sure that no family or child in Florida is food insecure. We pursue that goal by joining all food banks regardless of corporate affiliation under one tent to pursue what is a “pure mission.” That pure mission is fighting hunger with all who are willing to stand with us.

Hunger, Healthy Eating Habits and Adequate Nutrition in Florida is a problem that is not going away, particularly during the longest recession in American history!
Florida Food Banks and Food Pantries Association (FBFPA) is also a partner of the Florida Association of Hunger Relief Ministries (FAHRM) . We work together. Through our partnership, we serve our states safety net when families experience economic hardship. Florida faith based emergency feeding organizations, their programs and other food banks are on the front lines when families struggle through what is the longest recession in memory and is on the frontlines of disaster relief by serving Floridians during natural disasters and are a safety net to promote healthy families.
